New Payment Option: Internet Banking

We’re  introducing ‘Internet Banking’ as an additional method of payment for all members who have a standing order with us. This means you’ll have even greater control over the comic purchases you make, plus we won’t have to keep your credit card details on file…infact we’ll be giving you ours!

What is Internet Banking?

Online banking (or Internet Banking) allows customers to conduct financial transactions on a secure website operated by their retail or virtual bank, credit union or building society.

Simply put it will allow you to process the payment for your comics yourself, giving you even greater control and security over your personal details. This means we won’t have to keep a copy of your credit card details on file.

How do I know if I have Internet Banking?
If you don’t already use Internet Banking to check your bank statements etc, then contact your bank and ask them about the service – it’s FREE!

When will this happen?
The Internet Banking option is available now, simply let us know via email if you would prefer this method of payment and we’ll send you the details you’ll need.

How will this affect my comic order?
We’ll still send you your regular email update, with a full breakdown of the cost payable. You’ll then have to log in to your Internet Banking and transfer the requested amount. As soon as the payment has been transferred we can send the latest batch of comics to you.

How does this benefit me?
Using Internet Banking in this way will give you peace of mind as we’ll no longer have to keep your credit card details on file. In fact we’ll never have to see any of your bank details as we’ll be giving you ours!

How do I sign up for it?
Just email us at the usual address and we’ll send you the details you’ll need to get started.

If you have any questions about this service please don’t hesitate to ask and we’d love any feedback you can give.
